Aligners
the latest treatment modality which aligns your teeth using a clear tray making it almost impossible for others to notice the ongoing treatment. It is also called invisible aligners to treat your irregularly placed, forwardly placed or backwardly placed teeth. It is suitable for all the people who have social commitments and do not want braces to show in public. So this is the esthetic option for braces.
Root canal treatment
If your tooth is very painful and you have pain in tooth especially during sleep time, it is indicative of infected pulp inside the tooth. This requires root canal treatment. Also, when your tooth is deeply decayed and painful, it needs root canal treatment. In this process, the tooth is cleaned from the very depth using machine and hand tools and then filled with inert material. It is almost a painless dental procedure after giving local anesthesia. Many of the cases can be done by single sitting RCT also. But it varies with each case and condition of the patient.
Implant
when there is a missing tooth and we need to replace it, we surgically put up an implant into the bone and use its support to make the tooth. Denture
in the old age when almost all of the teeth fall off, an entire set of teeth which is removable is fabricated and customized for each patient. A complete set of teeth made up of acrylic teeth is placed in both the jaws which help the older age groups to chew food. This is a removable tooth replacement option. Teeth are not fixed into the bone in the mouth so it has to be removed. Also it is one of the best options for medically unfit older patients and those with quite an old age. In making a denture we take the support of the gums and bones.
Crown and Bridge
when a tooth is missing, then the nearby tooth needs to be trimmed and their support is used to replace the missing tooth. It is a fixed tooth replacement option. It is mire comfortable for patient because the crown or bridge cannot be removed easily as they are fixed to the nearby teeth using cement. There are many options for crown and bridge. It can be metal caps or metal ceramic caps or complete ceramic caps. Also there are DMLS ceramic caps, caps made using CAD CAM
Extraction
When a tooth is heavily decayed and most of the structure of the tooth is weakened due to cavity, the tooth needs to be removed. It is done under the effect of local anesthesia so it becomes a non painful treatment procedure.

When all the teeth are missing or all the teeth are unfit and the main function of teeth I.e. chewing food and esthetics are hampered, we have to replace all the teeth by using several treatments. Also when there is generalized severe sensitivity and constant pain in all teeth it calls for full mouth rehabilitation. Ultrasonic Scaling
ultrasonic vibrations are used to clean tooth. A tooth with lot of debris, plaque and food deposits needs tooth cleaning. This will help to keep gums healthy and teeth tight. It will prevent tooth loosening up. If the gums are healthy the teeth will be integrated and it makes them stronger. Regular ultrasonic scaling will help prevent the need for gum surgeries. In unhealthy gums tooth will start to bleed, have pus and also bad odor or bad breath. To stop all this ultrasonic scaling is done. Long term unhealthy gums will lead to pyrrhoea and gradual falling of the teeth.
Treatment of Jaw & Tooth Fracture
